Six Generations of Farming
In the spring of 2014 Marcus and Jessie Koenig together with their son Maurice moved from Ontario to Saskatchewan and bought two sections of farmland from the Gossling family. Some of the land was already certified organic, the balance Marcus & Jessie converted to become fully certified organic in 2016. The soil is a fine textured sandy loam and together with the dry climate ideal for growing high quality spring wheat, lentils, peas and flax.
