Position:
General Farm Laborer / Equipment Mechanic
What you'll do:
- Operate tractors for tillage and other field work
- Haul straw and assist with harvest activities (grain transportation)
- Maintain and troubleshoot farm equipment daily
- Help modify equipment and develop/build specialized equipment
- Support building projects around the farm
- Run irrigation systems
- Care for a few animals (light responsibilities, as we already have an animal caretaker)

- Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Interested in sustainable and organic farming practices
